The Hilton Grand Vacations app is a must-have for our guests staying in a Hilton Grand Vacations Resort or Hilton Grand Vacations CSA. From the My Trip and Trip Snapshots features to the Trip Guides and Concierge to the Mobile App and Club Guide features, you can do just about everything from your phone or tablet.
On your trip, you’ll get all the information you need to enjoy your vacation whether that’s local restaurants, attractions, outdoor activities, and more. My Trip offers a visual snapshot of your trip, such as the location, address and map, a timeline of the highlights, photos and videos. Trip Snapshots provides a more detailed version of your trip’s highlights.
Once you’re on vacation, there are three features that will make your experience even more personalized: Travel Guide, Concierge, and Club Guide. The Travel Guide includes information about your resort as well as dining recommendations, activities, and other information you need to make the most of your vacation. If you have a question about what to do or where to eat, the Concierge is there to assist. This includes everything from where you can print your boarding passes to getting your car parked to accessing information about the hotel’s attractions, activities, and amenities. Finally, the Club Guide is designed to make your vacation planning easy. You’ll get the latest news about current events and access to a wealth of helpful information about Hilton Grand Vacations.
